Pivo klasicky spodně kvašené v otevřených kádích s lehkou sladovou chutí a chmelovou vůní. Zanechává nahořklou chuť na patře a vyzývá k dalšímu napití. Barva sytě slámová. 12.3°

(draught) pours a slighty hazy golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of light butter, yeast and straw, with a hint of herbal hops and apricot. flavour is quite grainy, with more raisins, butter and a slightly minerally herbal-hoppy finish. medium-bodied with average carbonation.

Keg at Brewpub. A surprising hit from the tasting palate. Pours hazy Golden with a foamy white head. Plenty of Saazy grass character with some nice doughy caramel to counterbalance. The finish is abrupt and bitter. This is one of the best Pilsners I’ve had.

Draught at the brewpub in Haje, Prague. Clear pale golden beer with a nice lasting cream colored head. Hoppy spicy aroma, bready, grass, hay, some caramel, notes of citrus, a bit peppery. Malty bready flavor, caramel, biscuits, hay notes, citrus, spicy notes. Very nice malt base in this one. Bread and caramel finish, twisted with a spicy hippiness. Very drinkable.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is grassy and slight cornish to light malty. Mild butterish, crisp grassy and light bitter. Mild toasted malty with a light bitterness coming through. Ends dry and bitter.

Slightly hazy golden with a lasting white head. Chewy, biscuity malt aroma, with perfect herbal and spicy hops. Sweet biscuity malt flavour with a hint of diacetyl and a nice hoppy finish - the sweetness came off as almost wort-like to me, costing a few points in the score of an otherwise brilliant svetle.

Tapped: Pale-malty nose with fruity-yeasty and "woody" hoppy influences; pale golden, hazy, small foamy layer; moderate dryish bitter-sweet flavour, relatively light bodied; dry bitter-sweet finish. O.K., but not really overwhelming.....
