Glass @ Genpin Fugu, Roppongi: Clear, nose of sweet koji and light rice. Some sweet floral fruit, nice full mouthfeel and light acidity and a clean impact. Full mouthfeel, incredibly clean, full body, tons of umami and light koji. Very nice!
