(bottle): Drank from the bottle, couldn’t rate the appearance too well. Clearish. Malty aroma, some nutiness. Malty taste, not much flavor. Warming up...more maltiness, some spiciness. Lagerish. Ehh.

Bottle at Hogs Breath, Key West, Florida. Pourd clear amber color with an average frothy white head that diminished slowly with good lacing. Medium sweet grainy aroma. Light to medium body with a dry texture. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of short duration. Good location, below average beer.

Bottle: Slammed a few of these on a night out in Key West. Pours a yellowish color with a small white head. Aroma is kind of sour and malty. Flavor is flat but more flavorful than the other beers you’ll find on Duval St. Finish was dry but the atmosphere helped it to be refreshing on a hot night. Worth a try!

It’s what you would expect. Sour, weak, flat and with a nice metallic note to end with. The atmosphere of the Hog’s Breath could not even save this one. Try the locally made stuff instead.

Average, bland beer. That being said, if you're at the Hog's Breath, you're not there for the beer, and the other choices are mostly worse than this, so certainly worth a try.
