Danish: En oak IPA brygget på vand, malt (pilsner, maris otter pale, cara munich, crystal), humle (herkules, amarillo, fuggle, cascade) og alegær. Lagret på oakchips. English translation: An oak IPA brewed on water, malt (pilsner, maris otter pale, cara munich, crystal), hops (herkules, amarillo, fuggle, cascade) and ale yeast. Aged on oakchips.

500 ml bottle. Finland.
Murky brown colour with small off-white head. Darkish bitter hops, balancing malts, bread and some mild alcohol in aroma. Flavour is dark bitter hops, sweet malt and citrusy, piney and bready notes. Quite perfect carbonation. Shortish aftertaste.

Bottle shared by hcalcos. A bright golden-red beer with a low off-white top. Spiced malt aroma with a medium strong hop nose of citrus fruits and and tropical. Sweet-flavored and medium malty. Bread crust and caramel, fruity and faint resiny hop flavor. A good amount of bittering. Medium full. Oily texture. Lingering fruity bitterness in the finish. Rock solid IPA.

Sampled @ Copenhagen Beer Festival 2010. Hazy, dim orange body with a stable off-white head. Nice citric fruity aroma dominated by peaches and some caramel. Flavor is sweet and bitter with caramel malt, citric fruit like peaches, grapefruit and apricot. Quite solid malt body and long, bitter aftertaste.

Pours a deep amber colour with a lasting creamy, frothy head. Leaves a small lacing on the glass. Light sweet aroma with notes of citrus, caramel malts and syrup. The taste is strongly hoppy with caramel and fruits. Medium bodied, oily to slick mouthfeel with soft carbonation. Dry finish. Decent IPA.
