On tap at KØ-10. It’’s a reddish orange beer, hazy, and with a small, beige head on top. Apricots dominates the aroma, which is sure on the hoppy side. Not much impact from the oak neither in the aroma nor in the flavor. Bitter, with citrus and pine cones, malty sweetness in the back, but as for the aroma, the hops dominates. Full-bodied and dry, finishing bitter. A quite nice one. 100507

Slow gusher. Big beige coarseish head. Deep brownish red body with strong carbonation. Roasty wooden lacquer aroma with milky dusty notes. Bitter-sweet resiny citric roasty taste with dusty wooden notes. Light body. Astringent soft mouthfeel. Dry milky floral tropical fruit aftertaste with citric chalky notes. Nice, rounded, harmonic, clear, and vivid. Also girlfriend-approved. (0.5l bottle, Fish & Beer, Copenhagen.)

(Draught at Ölbaren, Copenhagen, 17 June 2010) Reddish amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, malty nose with red berries, caramel and a touch of oak. Fruity, malty taste with notes of blood orange, caramel, hints of oak wood and burnt sugar. Generous doses of citrussy hops in the finish. Slightly more than medium body, fairly sweet. Nice and tasty IPA with an oak twist.
