(22 oz. bottle from <A HREF=http://www.ratebeer.com/Place/massachusetts/westborough/julio’s-liquors/461.htm target=blank>Julio’s Liquors) Alcoholic apple juice!...Pours slightly cloudy light yellowish amber. A quick fizzy off white head. Some fine effervescent bubbliness. Aroma of sweet apples. Mouthfeel actually not bad - has more texture than a macro-cider. A little sticky, pretty smooth. Flavor is pure sweet apples, vitrually zero tartness. Actually tastes a little hot in finish, esp. as it warms. If you’d like to chug some sweet hard cider on a hot day this would be a good one.

Jul 13, 2008 Smells like, well, apples, as one might guess. flavor is apples, too, and very clean and not cloying or medicinal. Some sugary notes, too. Also seems a bit heavy, too. Tasty, but definately not something to drink a lot of at on sittiing.

Jul 2, 2008 I really liked this! Scrumpy’s is an upscale cider. pours a nice golden color with an apple nose that is somewhat sour. It’s an easy drinking apple juice, with just the right amount of sweetness. I found it very refreshing and smooth. I’m keeping one in the Fridge all summer!

May 29, 2008 Pours gold/yellow with a fine, white head. Aroma is mildly sour, akin to vinegar. Flavor is sweet with a very unique flavor. Very tasty and very interesting.

May 19, 2008 Gold with white head that dies away completely. Aroma is sweet apple, with a hint of rotten apple in the background. Flavor is sweet, fresh apple, with a touch of sour twang and alcohol. Nice carbonation, and a bit of yeast pokes through toward the end of the bottle. Tasty, for sure, but not all that interesting.

May 17, 2008 As a fruit beer lover, this was right up my alley. Poured a beautiful honey gold color and had a sweet aroma of apples, grapes and honey. Very little fizzy head. First drink was shockingly sweet, I had the jaw lock thing going on! It reminded me of a good Riesling. Very light and smooth. Easy drinking!
