Brewed with all German grain and yeast, our beer is a pale, spicy, fruity, refreshing wheat-based ale. This style of beer includes 50% or more of wheat and features a unique banana/clove yeast character.

Blonde to bronze body with slight head and a flat looking body. Dry banana and clove bouquet with a similarly clovey and banana wheat flavor. Quite robust phenols on the palate. Stale wheat and clovey finish. Perhaps a bit too heavy on the clove.

On tap at the brewery, this pours a hazy straw into the glass, with a frothy head that leaves window-wash lacing. The nose is of bananas and circus peanuts. Unripened banana flavors with lemon and coriander, finishing with light circus peanuts, grains and cloves. A round citric mouthfeel with active carbonation makes for a nicely complex summer brew.

Cloudy gold thin lasting offwhite head; aroma is light with hints of bannana; nice cloves flavor and notes of wheat; feels light but rich and nice fizz bite; finishes dryish with notes of spice

Draft. Pours hazy golden yellow with a white head. Wheaty base, light fruity notes, hints of spice, and light flowery hops in the finish. Kind of toes the line between American Wheat and German Wheat. Pretty good.

Draft at brewpub. Pours yellow with a nice white head. Slightly cloudy with a hint of banana on the nose. Fairly dry on the tongue, especially the finish, with a bit of the banana on the tongue. Eh!

Tap, at brewpub. Pours a cloudy and murky yellow gold body with a small thinnish white head. The nose is really estery with bubble gum, a little clove, nice yeastiness. The flavor is pretty spot on, nice yeastiness, very spicy but derived from the yeast I think. Finishes with some bubblegum and a light lemony smack. Mouthfeel is soft, fairly thick and chewy with moderate fizzy carbonation. Overall, pretty solid and without flaws.
