COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Honey Badger is our latest creation. Brewed with honey malt, caramel crystal and other grains. It presents itself as a balanced beer leaning more t the malt side. It starts out with a touch of sweetness and ends somewhat dry. The beer is a honey color and has a hint of honey flavor.

Tap. Pours clear dark amber with a medium, frothy off-white head, short retention with light lacing. Aroma is honey and caramel malt with dates and vanilla with faint earthy hops. Flavor is malt dominant with light hops, bitterness, and fruity esters with a sweet finish. Medium body and carbonation.

Tap. Pours hazy, dark amber with average, creamy off-white head; decent retention and spare lacing. Aroma is mostly mute with some notes of caramel and cereal malts, light honey, floral hops, pears, and light figs. Flavor is sweet malts forward with some honey, medium fruit esters, light floral hops, and a hint of candy sugar; dry, lightly sweet finish. Medium body and low carbonation.
