2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottled 33cl. Ordered in the restaurant naan in Berlin. It pours a clear golden beer with a decent white head. Biscuity pale malt. Some bitterness. A bit metallic. Some musty components which are reminiscent of mushroom. Faintly similar to Castlemaine XXXX in my opinion. Not much lacework. Dryish finish. Refreshing and better than expected.

1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
330ml bottle, 4.8% ABV, at an Indian restaurant called Maharaja in Schöneberg, Berlin. Pale golden pour with white patchwork on the surface. Smooth, but sparse, aroma and taste of citric hops. Soft to lively carbonated. Watered, however, satisfying as a partner to the Indian food (Berlin, 21.11.2009).
