My favorite amber ale. Found two six packs on New Year’s Eve and me and the buddies loved it. Had to track it down to find more and bought 4 cases once we found it. Absolutely love the taste and aroma of this beer. Just hope the rumors of its production demise are wrong. If you can find this, I recommend trying it. It’s especially good with a hot bowl of chili or something off the grill. Enjoy.

pours well, has a full robust body and a real thrist quencher. I would recomend not only beginning but finishing your evening or afternoon with a pint

One of the best beers I’ve had. Strong aroma and a refreshing taste. Does not have a strong aftertaste; hop bitterness is little.

UPDATED: AUG 3, 2004 The aroma was caramel. Sure does look like iced tea, and goes down as smoothly. It has a mildl flavor, but what a nice beer to sip and watch a game with.
