3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Nice grain/malt aroma and floral hops. A bit rubbery but pleasing. White foamy lacing head over clear light yellow liquid. Light carb, almost flat with medium watery body. Good hops with light bitterness. Initial sweetness followed by a smooth light bitter finish and after. Smooth and refreshing, this was a pretty decent American light.

UPDATED: MAR 25, 2005 Draft... DC location... Sparkling clear, yellow lager with a small, creamy, white head. Well-balanced with some subtle notes of honey and mash. Light-bodied and fizzy. Short, crisp, clean finish. Surprisingly good for the style as itís not among my favorites. Refreshing!

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
UPDATED: APR 9, 2015
Location: Draft at the Union Station brewpub (Providence), 3/28/15
Aroma: The nose is pale malts, some straw and adjunct notes as well.
Appearance: This one is clear gold in color, with an average sized white head, and decent lace.
Flavor: It has a pretty similar flavor, not a ton here, lightly sweet, malty, mild bitter.
Palate: This one actually has a nice feel, it is pretty easy drinking, clean, and not watery.
This is a decent one for a light lager. There isnít a ton here, but it works well from a feel perspective and it looks pretty nice.

A standard light. Maybe patriotic, but not necessarily all-american. Nothing exceptional here, but women and rednecks will love it.

Itís there. Gold. Nose sweet, sugary and lemon maybe? Bit toasty with malts, but not much going on. Little hops.
