John Harvards Amarillo Armadillo Ale

A nice malty IPA, not too heavy on the bitterness. Some naturaly, earthy flavors with the subtly sweet malt tones and the reserved hoppy notes. Nothing eye popping, but a nice IPA.

On tap at Manchester, CT location. Awesome piney aroma with great balance of citrus notes with sweet candy malts in the nose. Mild/moderately hazy dark amber color with an off-white yellow frothy head. Start is a bummer...middle is piney hoppy bitterness. Finishes slightly malty and slightly watery. This beer has lots of promise, but sort of fizzles out in the end.
