Aug 17, 2004 Updated: Aug 13, 2007Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a cloudy color with a slight orange tint and a large white head. The aroma was a pleasant mix of wheat and citrus. The flavor was mild, wheaty, mildly spicy and had a nice citrus flavor. A really nice rendition of the wit style.

Aug 3, 2003 Served slightly cloudy and honey colored with a small snow white head. Aroma of wheat malt with a sweet citrus present. Light to medium bodied and spicy. Nice wheat flavor that was very sweet and rather spicy. Good malt flavors, mostly wheat. Quite drinkable.

Apr 6, 2005 Draft: poured a cloudy butterscotch yellow with a thick creamy white head. Light spice aroma, small banana. Light spice and fruit int he taste. Mild coriander and clove. Mild carbonation. Full bodied. Good.
