Sampled at the brewhouse, hazy gold honey hue, with a white head, pale malt, note of spiciness in the nose of ginger, gingerbread, hint of apple and cinnamon in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a spicy character of gingerbread, nutmeg, cinnamon, with a sweet pale malt note, hint of floral hop and citrus fruits, leading towards a dry spicy finish.
