Aug 6, 2007 Rolling big black pour with what looks like chocolate mousse forming inside. It ends up on top as a head. Roasty pleasant aroma and an attractive bouquet. Tries to come on like an imperial stout but just never quite gets there. Pretty flat even tho it is not a nitro beer. Finish is a medium long charcoaled bitterness on the back of the throat.
