Cat urine and cereal aroma. Seriously, it was like a cat took a whizz in a litterbox full of Cheerios. Woody, dark brown, lacy head. Cereal, nutty, underbittered. Sweet. On cask, and it desperately needed the fizz and acidity that CO2 would have brought to the party. Doggy.
