John Harvards German Chocolate Stout

Sampled on draft at the Monroeville PA location this beer poured a black color with a small tan head. The aroma is Sweet and roasty malts with a hint of coffee and chocolate. The flavor is rather bitter followed by roasty malts, a hint of coffee and a light finish of dry bakers chocolate. The mouthfeel is moderately thick. Much more bitter than sweet and the chocolate is rather subtle.
