This competely unfiltered wheat beer is whitish in color and light in body. It was spiced with 15 pounds of fresh oranges, coriander, and a touch of clove to give a refreshing citrus flavor with a dry finish. Since it is 100% unfiltered, this is a little orange pulp in this beer, which adds to the appearance.

On tap in Manchester, CT. Quite a spicy aroma. I get lots of peppers and cloves in this aroma. Small amounts of citrus. This is just an odd aroma for some reason. Mostly hazy pale goldent color with a white head. Start is lemony-citrus flavored turning very spicy with cloves and more sour astringency. Doughy, bready finish with small hop kick. Intriguing brew.
