Cask at GBBF 2010. A black beer with a thin brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt as well as lighter notes of milk. The flavor is sweet malty with notes caramel and roasted malt.

Cask (gravity) @ GBBF 10, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.

Clear dark brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, dark roasted, burnt. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100803]

Cask Stillage at the GBBF, Earlís Court 03/08/2010 (As Udderly Delicious Milk Stout) Fruity hop aroma. Black smooth on the palate and hoppy with a hint of dryness in a slightly peppery roast finish.

Cask gravity at GBBF í10. Dark brown. Very lovely burnt treacle tart aroma. Slightly thin and watery sour milk taste with some tar. Slightly disappointing. Some bitterness.

From cask. Pours dark brown to black with a small off-white head. Aroma is roasted malt, sweet and breadish. Flavour is the same with a small Sweet, roasted and malty breadish. Sweet finish.
