Commercial Description:
A complex blend of honey from Bedillion Farms and the fruit market in Hickory along with cardamom and juniper berries. A golden colored, sweet ale!

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a medium golden color with a medium sized white head. The aroma was citrus, coriander and windex. The flavor was tangy and tart with notes of licorice, spice and windex. The beer was surprisingly dry and the finish was long, dry and spicy. There are a couple of interesting elements here but they did not mesh quite right for me.

Slight fruit and berry aroma. Slight haze on an otherwise light brown color. Mild carbonation. Yes, comes across ale-ish. It is difficult to detect the honey, tho slightly sweet. I’m not sure what cardamom and juniper taste like but there is a unique flavor in there. Unique but a little too much for my taste buds.
