2.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
JHBH - Springfield, PA. - another average brew from John Harvards, not worth 3.95 USD a pint. Best bet is buying a $6.95 USD growler and roll out for some Jenga.

3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
UPDATED: OCT 14, 2010 On-tap at Union Station Brewery. Very thin body and appearance. Surprisingly though, this brew had a nice sweet malty finish. Not bad on it’s own, but probably has more to do to compete with better brews of this style. RE-Rate: At the Cambridge Location. Somewhat better than the first one I had. Flavors were working well this night. RE-Rate #2: Had at Manchester CT location. Overall, a decent ’Fest. Slight uptick on the rating. A clean and malty brew.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Sub-standard marzen brew, dark orangish color, very little head, seemed a bit watered down, not a whole lot of body, very disappointing beer especially with it being the Oktoberfest season

One of the better beers I’ve had lately. The perfect blend of malts. A good cherry wood color appearance and a pleasant aroma. A very solid choice.
