COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A traditional bock made with pilsner malt and a portion of rye malt for a unique flavour. Then "dry-hopped" with green and black peppercorns added directly to the cask.

Cask (gravity) at NERAX North, Haverhill MA, 7 November 2009. Gold colour. Hazy. No head. Very peppery aroma. Warming spicy flavour. Strongly peppery aftertaste. A bit hot. Not my thing.
