COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Sour Mashed Saison; A one-off for Drink Craft Beer’s Summerfest. Inspired by the other great drink of British Colonialism, the Gin & Tonic. We combined the dry tart finish of our sour mashed saison with the zest of Key Limes and whole Junipers. The only thing missing is an anti-malarial agent.

A hazed yellow ale with a thin white head. In aroma, interesting kefir lime leafs and chalky lemonade. In mouth, a sour lemon puckering ale, lemonade without sugar, light malt notes, a bit like kombucha, nice. On tap at Somerville Summerfest, July 14, 2012.
