I love ciders, but this stuff had a sickly (I kid you not, almost vomit-like) scent to it and a flavor that went along with it. There is a definitely champagne funk that doesn’t work well, and the apple flavor is rotten at the best. I couldn’t finish a 10oz glass of this.

12 Oz. Bottle. Clear very pale. Fruity nose quite nice. Taste, Apple very fruity (It’s cider after all) It is quite sweet, perhaps too sweet. This cider is quite drinkable, light bodied, very decent.

Very pale, neutral apple nose and flavor, a little candy sweet. Unremarkable but drinkable enough.

12oz bottle poured into glass. I wasn’t expecting much from this. I walked into my local bottle shop and was in the mood for a cider so I grabbed this. Sort of dryish with apple flavor but over all not too impressive.

Bottle at home in NH, shared with Dad. Pours clear, very pale with a light, fizzy head. Apple juice nose. Mild sweet flavor, faint dryness, bit of apples and mild dankness. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Mild dry finish. Just sweet enough with a decent apple character.

Bottle. Pours a clear yellow with a few white bubbles lingering around the edge of the glass. Apples and some vinous alcohol notes, a touch of wood and a hint of cork. Sweet, with apple juice and a nice amount of fine carbonation. Not a lot going on, but easy drinking on a hot summer day. Finishes with some lingering sweetness. Decent enough.

Clear, slight effervescence, medium body with medium-low carbonation.
Aroma: musty apples, champgne yeast, and a touch of sweetness.
Taste: sweet apple, champagne funkiness, and bit of tart acidity.
A nice blend between sweet & fruity and dry & musty.
