Commercial Description:
Who can ignore John Martins ale that our ancestors called "the noblest of English Pale Ales". This unique beer of 6% ABV is the fruit of truly exceptional craftsmanship, a unique technique whereby authentic Kent hop-bells are added after brewing.

Bottled 33cl. 5.8 ABV. It pours a deep golden beer with a slightly tanned head. Faint buttery nose. Extremely sweet syrupy taste with notes of hops. Grainy. Beautiful lacing. Full bodied. Hints of hay and raisins. Metallic and soapy. Buttery finish.

Tap at Au Bon Vieux Temps. Light floral hop aroma. Golden color with a lacing white head. Medium body with sharpish carbonation. Quite fruity in a pale fruit way. Very lightly bitter. Decent, clean, refreshing, semi-English drink. Makes a nice change.

Bottle. Clear light amber colour with a little head. Aroma of malt, caramel and hints of hops. Flavour of malt, caramel and ends up dry and bitter.
