3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Cask at Wellington Arms, Bedford. This is a limited edition to commemorate the 90th Anniversary of the Royal Air Force and a percentage of the proceeds goes to service charities. Amber with a small off white head. It looks lovely. Malty aroma and taste with something a bit interesting, spicy and incense-like in the background. Possibly a fruity hint of pear or peach. Some bitterness. I liked this and I salute Britain’s armed forces.
