It’s a slightly low flavoured bitter, nothing wrong with it, just no real flavour or hop. DruncanVeasey (2770), The Penguin’s Arms, Europe, Warwickshire, England

Slightly beefy cask aroma. Mushy choc and caramel malts, bit of chestnut, mild-like caramel slickness, slight dankness. Inoffensive- if it was labelled a mild we probably wouldn’t be so scathing. Pretty close to the cask version of the standard bitter. Finishable. Magicdave6 (5560), London, Greater London, England

Alround rating: Fruity nuttyness off the malts, brawn ale malts are key, theres a decent amoutn of sulphury mineral content in here too. Not really my deal. berkshirejohn (1840), Bracknell, Berkshire, England

Dark amber with a dense creamy head; grainy aroma; creamy texture with sweet, slightly sour, malts and some toffee; dry finish. Very mediocre, surely they could do better than this, it’s not even a good copy of their usual keg cr*p.
