Half liter nitro can from Beer Run. Extra Smooth label. Pours a red red-brown with a creamy, dense tan head typical of nitro. Aroma of caramel, raisin, mild floral hops. The taste is raisin, caramel, floral hops and a mild citrus bite. Medium bodied, low carbonation. Decent.

16oz can at brunch in a DC restaurant. Widget nitro pour, lots of small nitrogen bubbles, creamy tan head. Aroma was light toasted malt, sweet notes. Light toasty malt sweetness. Easy drinking, but that’s about it. Was hoping for a whole lot more with this one.

Light aroma: mostly cheery-ish fruit. Flavor is also pretty light; Sweet, biscuit malt, the fruity character, herbal hops, and some mild bitterness.

"Nitro" can--the green Extra Smooth one.

I can easily drink a few pints of John Smiths at a sitting without regrets; very smooth and with a thick and persistent head, not too high in alcohol, a good compromise between Draught Guinness and a pub Bitter

Its a bitter. Its commercialized, its more drinkable than lager... Out of a can, decent foamy white head, copper colored, not much flavor.

On keg at the White Lady. Appearance - dark amber with a nice head. Nose - burnt pizza. Taste - astringent malt and creaminess. Palate - medium bodied with a creamy texture and a very astringent finish. Overall - I enjoyed well was less offended by the Coors light.

Smells a bit like medicine caramel. Pours like a Guinness with nitrogen widget induced foam, Fine foam one finger head. Clear but dark brown like a deep caramel. Lives up name with smooth feel and taste. Mildly bitter taste but feels smooth with only a hint of carbonation hitting my tongue. Kind of clean finish as it’s detect anything after. Kind of plain brew as it doesn’t excite one much. I imagine this being a good brew to knock a few back at the pub. I actually like this one a lot.
