Pours gold with no head. Flavor I start apples and is very sweet and slightly syrupy. Medium bodied for a cider. Finishes sweet. I like it. I think it is underrated because it is AB.

1.8 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20
Pour is a clear gold, no head. Aroma is apples but way sweet. Flavor is just sweetness. I see someone below said this is just like sucking on a jolly rancher candy. Thatís a spot on description. Only AB would take a drink thatís been around forever and ruin it by sweetening the hell outta it for the masses.

I absolutely love Johnny Appleseed. I actually got to try it before it came out in stores during a Budweiser tour. And I keep this stock in my home. It crisp, clean and taste great!

Iíd drink this if there was a choice of only this or water, but it would be a close tie. Tastes like a lightly carbonated Jolly Rancher "apple" candy.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
12 oz. bottle at the Anheuser-Busch Biergarten in St. Louis. Pours a clear pale gold with a small white head. Pretty clean apple throughout, and not as aggressively artificially flavored-seeming as the other fruited stuff we tried that day. Light-bodied, with a crisp, dry lingering Johnny Appleseed finish.

Bottle at StL brewery. Nose is a sugary green apple. Pour is amazingly clear with no head. Taste is sweet up front with apple and dries out quickly with some tartness. Meh.
