3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mostly coriander with some orange citrus. Tastes light with alot of coriander and some citrus, slight bananna bread flavor. Lots of great spicy notes when its fresh. Goes down very smooth, have drank alot of this stuff, good session beer. Definitely way better fresh, as it ages it looses alot of its great spiciness as it ages. Im rating this on a bottle thatís probably not the freshest, I imagine if I was having it on tap right out of the brewery it would add quite a bit.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
[Bottle] Found a 12 oz. bottle of this. Pours a hazy straw color with about a half inch worth of white foam on top. Aroma is of fruity pebbles, orange and lemon zest. More coriander, grains and grass come out in the taste. Subdued banana and lingering clove in the finish. The body of this beer was so-so. I was honestly expecting a little more. Seemed a bit thin around the edges. Certainly worth a try though.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
[Bottle] Pours clear gold with a small ring of a white head. Aroma is mainly coriander, with a vague doughy sweetness, slight vegetal notes (snap peas and an earthy, potato skin scent), and some stale wheat. Taste has a metallic aspect to it that I have a hard time getting past. Other than that, it isnít bad. Clove, moderate bitterness, wheat backbone, coriander again towards the end. Somewhat thin, slightly chalky mouthfeel, finish length is average. Overall, I can see potential here, but there are just some offputting aspects that I couldnít get past. Certainly not a terrible beer though.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours hazy yellow with nice soice notes (coriander for sure). The spice gives a more spiced driven feel with coriander and balck pepper with some ripe bannana. Very decadent beer.

It poured a gold color with minor head. It had notes of citrus and bread in the aroma. Was heavy with wheat flavor and a bit of spice and banana. An ok White ale.

4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Is among the great witbiers, very close in quality to Hoegaarden. Traditional coriander and orange peel, no off tastes, the only reason this doesnít get a higher rating is sometimes Iíve had samples that are sour, a sign of it going bad.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle from Secret Santa. Wheat and citrus in the aroma with cloves, spices, and yeast. Pours a yellow-gold color, a bit murky, with a thin white head on top. Citrus, banana, and bubblegum flavors up front with cloves and spices towards the finish. Very drinkable and refreshing with seemingly the right amount of spice to match the sweetness of the beer. This was a bit of a suprise. Pretty solid stuff.
