Draft in Cedar Rapids airport. Solid white ale. Not as spicy as I hoped. Good texture though. Nothing wrong with it at all.

A pretty standard and tame witbier. Odd that many small grocery stores or chains love having house witbiers.

12 ounce bottle from pepsican. Thanks! 100th witbier rating! Pours a hazy orange color with a thin fizzy white head. Decent head retention. Aroma of citrus, pineapple, wheat. Some toastiness and very faint spice. The taste is toasted wheat, caramel, citrus, faint spice finish. Medium bodied. Decent.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Hazy yellow with a huge frothy white head. Aroma of yeast, wheat, citrus and some spiciness. Flavor starts a bit sweetish but is dominated by spiciness - with some coriander, citrus, wheat and flowers - and by the middle turns dry and bitter. Medium-bodied. A nice enough Wit.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
This witbier appears typically hazy and yellow / orange in color. The head is nearly an inch thick and leaves a nice sheet of lacing on the sides of the glass. The aroma consists of citrus, notably orange and banana, and spices. The flavor is enjoyable, with a slight sweetness to it, and I find it quite drinkable. The feel is medium / thin in body, with adequate carbonation. This is one of the better Iowa brews I have had.

12oz bottle. Rating #259. Extremely hazy, dark yellow color with a thin white head. Fruity aroma, picking up a light peach aroma, a bit of citrus that lends a bit of sweetness. Flavor is lemony, mild bitterness and aftertaste. Nice stuff. (2393)
