Aromaís mostly yeast with a bit of spice. Colossal head that settles shortly. Flavorís like nose plus fruit and a little malt. Something about this beer rubs me the wrong way.

On draft. Hazy straw gold in colour with medium carbonation. Assertive aromas of lemon peel, raw wheat, and coriander. Nicely balanced in the mouth between the citric lemon/coriander, the spicy white pepper, and the smooth wheat. Medium bodied with a bright finish. Tasty stuff. Itís been a while since Iíve had a new-to-me witbier that has tasted this good.

Poured from bottle into tulip glass. Golden yellow, with little head but a lot of carbonation. Has some decent flavor, hints of bubblegum and spices. Overall, a little disappointed with the lack of punch to this one. Seemed like the bottle may have come a little flat. Would prefer to try again on tap.

Poured from 12oz bottle, pours a clear gold with a big white head and lots of lacing the glass, I did pour it rather aggressively though, the aroma has a ton of spice and fruit at first with the flavor being much of the same, bright flavor at first with lots of the wheat and coriander and orange coming through in the finish, slightly tart too which is awesome, good stuff.

Bottle poured a cloudy gold with a lasting white head. Aromas of wheat, yeast, coriander and light citrus. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of wheat, yeast, coriander and light citrus with a crisp dry lingering coriander finish.

Bottle. A- Cloves, coriander, pepper, spices, lemons, wheat, funk. A- Golden color, clear liquid, minimal head. T- Tons of spices, coriander, cloves, wheat P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, spiced finish. O- I liked this beer and I didnít like this beer. A bit of funk on the aroma and heavy on the spice. The palate was very spice forward as well. Other than being a little strong it was a pretty good wheat. Certainly not a favorite, but drinkable.

12 oz. bottle shared by DrSilverworm - thanks again, Chris! Although, couldnít you have found one of those neate swing-tops in the photo? Pours a hazed pale yellow with a bone white head. Notes of wheat, banana, straw, coriander, dried apricot, and grass. Light-bodied, with low to moderate carbonation and a dry, wheaty mouthfeel. Good job to Millstream and the Johnís Grocery Bier Guy on this one!

12oz bottle, picked up from Brennanís during my stay in Madison for GTMW. Shared with local beer guys. Totally hazy whitish yellow color. Thin white head. Some lace. Medium body. Smooth, kind of creamy, lighter carbonation. More dry finish. Good herbal, kind of zesty aroma. Mild spice, more of a nice herbal aroma. Nice belgian wit yeast. Moderate sweet taste, kind of zesty, lighter bitter. Pretty impressive white ale. A lot better than expected, definitely above average.
