Commercial Description:
This delicious farmhouse ale is named for our Jack Russell, who struck by a car, bounced back in fine tenacious Jack Russell fashion, and is brewed for those of us who knocked down, have picked up, dusted off and carried on undaunted. Golden, naturally cloudy, bottle conditioned and dry hopped for a perfectly refreshing balance of spicy malts, hops and yeast. Please enjoy our beers in good health, And look both ways when crossing the street!

Bottle. Deep golden color with a decent sized white head. Funky aroma, vinegar, tart apples, lemons, and old baseball glove leather. Flavor hits with a pretty good dose of hops and tartness. Some wood notes are evident along with the hops. Beershine, I fail to enjoy this style..again. But I will keep trying...I guess!

Really rough barnyard character to this one. Light, bitter, dry and slightly vinegar like aspect, it was tough to put down at first, but once the tartness starts to build up after a few sips, you can get the complexity of the beer behind it, notes of vanilla, oak, toast

Shared at Ryans for Superbowl. Beautiful in the glass. Bright amber with insane head. Champagne bubbly that settled to thick sweet monster. Smell was sweet/sour and hoppy. Tantalizing. Flavor was a bummer compared to the rest. Quick bite of sharpness and sharp fruitiness poofed to empty mouth. Some aspirin leftovers. My bottle didn’t taste like some of the other raters here.

Bomber. Pours gold with a huge frothy head. Aroma of wheat, lemon bar, candy sugar, and bubble gum. Flavor is initially bready, with some mild lemon-apple notes. Lovely, pearly mouthfeel throughout. Mid-palate builds tart flavors of pear and orange. Finish is very refreshing and crisp from the tartness, and complex by the bready fruit. This beer is very well-balanced and expertly crafted.

Thick creamy white head. Complex spiced smells of apple, fruits, and other spices. Retains it head very well. Cloudy yellow to orange color. Flavor is slightly sour and fruity with a hop edge.

This beer poured a nice-looking hazy yellow/golden color with a generous, frothy white head that dissipated quickly. It has a sour citrusy aroma that I found refreshing. The taste was very nice. It has a spicey, sour, and citrus taste to it. The mouthfeel is good, this is light and fizzy. This is a very refreshing beer that would be great in the summer.

Batch 311/312. Pours light golden with foamy white head. Sour yeasty aroma. Nice flavors of pear, white grape juice, sour apple, citrus, pine, and straw. Acidic and slightly watery.

Wowzers this is good. Aroma is semi sweet citrusy with some tang and some esters. Flavor is a great very dry, sweet yet moderately sour tang complemented nicely by some hops. Orangy & lemony. Very refreshing. A hair too watery.
