Commercial Description:
This delicious farmhouse ale is named for our Jack Russell, who struck by a car, bounced back in fine tenacious Jack Russell fashion, and is brewed for those of us who knocked down, have picked up, dusted off and carried on undaunted. Golden, naturally cloudy, bottle conditioned and dry hopped for a perfectly refreshing balance of spicy malts, hops and yeast. Please enjoy our beers in good health, And look both ways when crossing the street!

This beer poured a nice-looking hazy yellow/golden color with a generous, frothy white head that dissipated quickly. It has a sour citrusy aroma that I found refreshing. The taste was very nice. It has a spicey, sour, and citrus taste to it. The mouthfeel is good, this is light and fizzy. This is a very refreshing beer that would be great in the summer.

Batch 311/312. Pours light golden with foamy white head. Sour yeasty aroma. Nice flavors of pear, white grape juice, sour apple, citrus, pine, and straw. Acidic and slightly watery.

Wowzers this is good. Aroma is semi sweet citrusy with some tang and some esters. Flavor is a great very dry, sweet yet moderately sour tang complemented nicely by some hops. Orangy & lemony. Very refreshing. A hair too watery.

Bottle from Sam’s. It’s a shame I always pass up the JP because I always see it. Well, I went for the Bam Biere this time and am definitely not disappointed. Reminds me a lot of Fantome Brise BonBons. Pours a pale yellow that is clowdy, basically resembles a Belgian Wit. It’s a gusher, lets you know the bugs are at work. Nose is lemony and a touch herbal/hoppy. A little funk in the nose. Taste is pretty herbal and Brett dominates, at first, with a characteristic earthiness that is backed up with some lemony notes and a refreshing bitterness. This is a damn fine beer and definitely one of my favorite saisons. Very good.

Pours a light cloudy murky orande with a thin and quickly disapating head. smells of ruby red grapefruit. Flavor is clean and crisp and very citrusy like perrier water blended with grapefruit.

Brewed in the USA.... Courtesy of AFI96, thanks Waylo. Pours a hazy golden color with a Monster foamy white head. Aroma of brett and barnyard must. Taste is of funk, hay, and earthy notes. The mouthfeel had a sharp stinging effect on the tongue. I agree with AFI96 about the pepper missing in the saison.

Bottle shared with BeerGestapo. Pours a clear gold topped by a massive fluffy white head. The smell is earth, leather, hay, and funk. Brett dominates the flavor though, lots of funk, hay, and grass. Missing that peppery saison yeast that would have made this beer complete. Lightly tart and refreshing. Intense stinging carbonation that I thought went well with the rest of the beer. Decent.

12z bottle shared by wolf. Hazy orange in color, small head. Tart aroma, and earthy. Taste is sour/tart notes, spices, and earthy. Light in texture easy to drink. Sour beers are not my favorite by this was enjoyable.
