Jan 7, 2009 Bottle. Poured murky yellow with small white head. Aroma was earthy, tart/sour, with a little bit of sour green apples? Taste was sour spice citrus with a sour apple finish. Never had a Saison that tasted like this and honestly did not enjoy.

Dec 31, 2008 0.75 l bottle at Stockholm Beer Festival 2008. Hazy straw color with persistent head. Dry, tart, fruity, peppery, clovey and appley aroma. The flavor is bone dry with
plenty of clove, pepper as well as tart lemon and grapefruit. Very refreshing and tasty.

Dec 30, 2008 Murky brown orange color with a light head. Tart sourness with yeasty, citrusy, and acidic flavors. Spicy flavors are overridden by a metallic tinge in the finish, however. A little watery in the finish as well. Front half was much better.

Dec 12, 2008 Bottle. Pours deep cheddar orange with a fluffy white head and an aroma of zesty tropical lemon peel, lime, and soda water. Ubersour lemon grapefruit flavor with hay chunks and sparkling mineral water. Average mouthfeel. A bit too heavy on the mineral water side. I would prefer the sour to shine more.

Dec 12, 2008 Bottle. Pours a golden body with a white 2 finger head. Zesty yeast spices pepper, citrus, lemon and a lightly acidic, herbal hoppiness. Brett with a dry leather finish.

Dec 10, 2008 Botella. Courtesy of Pinball. Hazy golden with a big white steady head. Very nice fresh ripe fruity, bit spiced, ueasty aroma. Very good filling mouthfeel. The flavour is soft and fruity with some spice, good hoppiness and some citrus. Nice.

Dec 9, 2008 on bottle. slightly hazy orange, beige head. Very inviting aroma; sour hay, dirt, yeasts. Flat oon the taste tho´. Gets acidic and stingy after a while and started to remind me of rotten mash. Finishes rather slow and waterish.

Dec 8, 2008 appears cloudy, nice white head. aroma is fruity, with some hops, pine, fresh raspberries. flavor is very fruity and quite hoppy. fruitiness is citrus and læemon, fruityness part reminds me of hoeggarden, beer is more like an ale. refreshing.
