Commercial Description:
This delicious farmhouse ale is named for our Jack Russell, who struck by a car, bounced back in fine tenacious Jack Russell fashion, and is brewed for those of us who knocked down, have picked up, dusted off and carried on undaunted. Golden, naturally cloudy, bottle conditioned and dry hopped for a perfectly refreshing balance of spicy malts, hops and yeast. Please enjoy our beers in good health, And look both ways when crossing the street!

Yellow with a medium white head, somewhat cloudy. Aroma of earthy hops, grains, yeast, spice and toasted malt. Taste of earthy hops, lemon, citrus, yeast and mild hops. Finishes semi-dry, decent beer.

Opaque golden-hay with a thick white head, lacing all over the glass. Nose of lemon, orange, flowers, pepper, and hay. Flavors are more sour, orange, pepper, aittle sulfur, and strong bitterness.Long-lasting spicy yeast. Palate is dry and foamy. Nice saison, though a little bitter for my taste, like Oude Beersel or Saison Dupont. A saison/sour combo that grows more sour and unfortunately watery with warmth. Still, it’s complex, refreshing, drinkable, and enjoyable. Yum!

Bottle. Cloudy yellowish orange with a massive, billowing thick head. Strong lacing. Very unusual yeasty lemons flavors and nose. I can tell this beer’s really well made, it’s wonderfully smooth and full of unique flavors, and I’m pretty sure it tastes exactly like what the brewer wanted it to taste like. Unfortunately, I don’t much like this flavor. There are some of those funky farmhouse, barnyard flavors that I typically like, but something about this just rubs me a little bit the wrong way. Eh, maybe it’s just this time....interesting enough that I may try it again.

75cl bottle from Knightly Spirits (Orlando, FL). Pours a murky caramel golden with bright white foamy head. Good retention and lacing. Aroma is floral with spicy, hoppy, and yeasty notes. Flavor is interesting: citrus notes combined with yeast, bread, banana, pear, spice and a tartness. Generally light to medium body with a tangy, tart finish. Complex ale.

750ml bottle. Pours hazy light copper with a large white head. Not as funky as it smells but nice farmhouse taste with many spices and citrus tones. Easy to drink. Nice beer.
