Happily, this is the first JP beer I’ve opened that failed to spray most of its contents out on the kitchen counter. Good start! Poured a lovely honey gold with a white head reminiscent of a lemon meringue pie. Funky yeast and citrus nose. Flavor was beautifully spicy and lemony with just a whiff of hop bitterness. Finishes very dry, very refreshing. This, along with the nice light, bubbly mouthfeel make it the perfect beer for a July heatwave. Bhops (331), Dallas, Texas, USA

Pours a slightly cloudy gold colour with a big white head, lots of carbonation, and some lacing. Big funky aroma with some brett notes and some sourness. Little lacking in the flavour department: just thin. Some nice tart notes with a little spice but also something akin to ?soap? Okay I suppose but not a favourite of mine. craftbeerdesign (745), Alpharetta, Georgia, USA
