Commercial Description:
This delicious farmhouse ale is named for our Jack Russell, who struck by a car, bounced back in fine tenacious Jack Russell fashion, and is brewed for those of us who knocked down, have picked up, dusted off and carried on undaunted. Golden, naturally cloudy, bottle conditioned and dry hopped for a perfectly refreshing balance of spicy malts, hops and yeast. Please enjoy our beers in good health, And look both ways when crossing the street!

Pours hazy straw color with white head. Sour, funky aroma. Slightly tart flavor with citrus, wood, and earthiness. Light to medium body with lively carbonation and a dry finish. Not as spicy and yeasty as most saisons, but it is a very nice beer.

A suprisingly spicey beer that took me back for a second. I had just cleansed my palate before i tried this one. And Im glad i did! Spice, lemon zest and peaches on the palate. AS well as plenty of wheat. Cloudy and hazey golden yellow more so yellow. Frothy white head that was sweet and delectable.

Orange hazy beer with a frothy head. Light delicate nose with bitter, floral and apricot notes. It has a very delicate light quality-bitter, acidic and a trace of banana. Dry mildly oaky finish.Very drinkable and smooth.

Bottle pours straw yellow with a white head. Has sour lemon like smells coming from the glass. Has a medium-light mouthfeel. Has a sour taste that follows the nose. Is more sour than saison. Overall a good brew.

Bottle courtesy of fiver29 and BR007. Pours a hazy honey gold with a one finger snow white head. Nose is sour lemon and some Belgian yeast. Palate is sour lemons, aspirin and a touch of spice. It’s missing that coriander/clove taste, which is fine by me. This is more like a mellow sour in my opinion. I like it! Thanks Brian and John!

Cloudy straw yellow with a HUGE dense white head that leaves lace sticking to the inside of the glass. Aroma is sour apple jolly rancher, biscuit and a ton of funk. Sour and citrus...suck on a lemon wedge, bite into a grapefruit rind, add some orange zest. Interesting and flavorful but not a flavor I typically enjoy.

[Bottle] Pours a hazy straw gold with a large, rocky, off white head. Aroma is tart apples, yeasty funk, and a little bit of hops. Flavor is quite sour and a little fruity. Light and effervescent in the mouth. Very crisp and slightly dry finish. Just a little bitterness coming through on the end.
