| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | May 27, 2008 12 oz bottle courtesy of mreusch. Pours a cloudy amber-orange with a dense, white, meringue-like head. The nose is a pleasant blend of lightly funky Belgian yeast, citrus and a light fruity spice. Light-bodied and thin with creamy-soft carbonation and a short, lightly dry finish. Lightly spicy and musty Belgian yeast over tart citrus ending with in a quick, dry finish; a soft and enjoyable saison. Thanks again for the bottle, Matt. hogan873 (324), Joliet, Illinois, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | May 26, 2008 Pours a cloudy straw color with a huge white foamy head that never really goes down. Sour, yeasty aroma with definite notes of grapefruit and spice. A lot of carbonation on the palate. Flavor is good. Much like the aroma, sour and yeasty. Grapefruit and sour apple. The aftertaste is a bit chalky and sticky. Pretty good beer, though. joekinty (263), rockledge, Florida, USA

Aroma of dirty yeast, lemon, and spice with some sour apple. Sour lemon and yeast taste overpowers hops and malt. Sour lemon finish. glaze0101 (79), USA

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | May 19, 2008 Pours a hazy golden almost brown color with a HUGE frothy ice cream cone beast of a head. I walked away for 5 minutes and came back to an even bigger head. Aroma of spices, funky yeast, lemon and fruit. Flavor is fruits, yeasts, a little dank bread, with lots of carbonation. Pretty good brew. markwise (1175), 15 Minutes from Kuhnhenn in, Florida, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 10/20 | May 18, 2008 Tasted from a bottle at Great Orlando Beer Festival. It poured a hazy yellow with a quick-dissipating head. It had a lemony citrusy aroma and light fruit flavors. Overall bitter flavor in the finish. Not my favorite Saison; it tasted a lot like many other Jolly Pumpkins.
