This delicious farmhouse ale is named for our Jack Russell, who struck by a car, bounced back in fine tenacious Jack Russell fashion, and is brewed for those of us who knocked down, have picked up, dusted off and carried on undaunted. Golden, naturally cloudy, bottle conditioned and dry hopped for a perfectly refreshing balance of spicy malts, hops and yeast. Please enjoy our beers in good health, And look both ways when crossing the street!

Pours hazy yellow with a finger of white head. Aroma of citrus, honey, wheat, funk, peach. Taste is crisp lemon tart with a light funky sweetness before a mild sour finish. Light, crisp body with average carbonation.

Bottle to tulip. Mildly hazy orange pour with a tight off-white head. Good bit of lacing. Aroma is dominated by lemon peel, with a little funk in the background. Flavor starts off tart, gets a little more complicated with some baking spice and yeast components in the middle. Has an almost cider-like dry finish. Nicely complex.

Bought for $1 at a grocery store in a discount bin. Pours a hazy hidden with an aroma of fruit and flavors of wheat, straw, fruit with a lightly tart finish. Very refreshing and delicious.

Pours light hazy yellow to orange with the white head. Mild aroma of spice and lemon zest and some phenolic a. Brian and yeast up front first then a lemon tartness. Tartness finishes quickly and leaves with a very crisp finish.

I'm getting rubber in the nose and the taste. I'll air it out for a bit. Really pretty to look at. Mouthfeel quite nice. My tasting partner got perfume, floral notes in aroma that I'm not getting at all. Nope. 10 minutes after pour, still not for me. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle, 0.375l. Cloudy golden color with large creamy white head and sparkling appearance. Aroma of yeast, barnyard, vinegar and grapes. Taste starts with mild toasted malt, follows sour acetic, citric and peppery, dry and mild spicy mouthfeel, while finish is moderate bitter. Medium body, slick texture and lively carbonation in palate. Funky and I knew it...

Tap at Fermentoren Aarhus! Pours a clear golden with a big, white head. Aroma has sour peach, dry saison yeast, floral esters and oak. Taste has brettish funk, subtle tartness, bitter hoppy finish and some sweet underlying wheat and esters. High carbonation and a light body.
