Commercial Description:
This delicious farmhouse ale is named for our Jack Russell, who struck by a car, bounced back in fine tenacious Jack Russell fashion, and is brewed for those of us who knocked down, have picked up, dusted off and carried on undaunted. Golden, naturally cloudy, bottle conditioned and dry hopped for a perfectly refreshing balance of spicy malts, hops and yeast. Please enjoy our beers in good health, And look both ways when crossing the street!

My palate does not agree with this brew. Dry and very sour, hazy gold. Lots of grapefruit in the palate and nose. Wish it had more hop spice, but that is just be my palate talking....

Bottle. Poured hazy gold, fluffy head with nice lacing. Grapefruit and sour, but drinkable and dry. Taste opened up as it sat longer. I love both saisons and JP. This is a great beer.

Bottled. Poured cloudy yellow with a huge fluffy white head. Aroma had the classic sour JP smell I have come to know. Wheaty, banana, some lambic notes, and a slightly sour bitter dry cobweb in the aroma as well. Tastes like you are drinking a haystack on a farm while inside a barn. Very barnyard esque.

Bottle: cloudy orange with a lasting foamy white head, citrus aroma, taste is citrus, spice, dry, some sourness - overall kinda reminds me of champagne, not really my kind of beer but it is interesting.

Aroma: Barnyard brett, spicy clove, and fruity pineapple. Nice. Appearance: Huge, creamy white head upon pour, cloudy straw color. Flavor: Spicy and bretty with a dry finish. Some hop notes, and some malt sweetness, but pretty dry. Palate: Good carbonation and thinnish body makes for a dry finish, but very refreshing and to style. Overall: Very interesting beer, very drinkable. Brett is there but some hop and other yeast character shines through, Brett does not overpower beer. Good stuff. Smaller Saison but full of flavor.

Pours hazy deep yellow with a big pillowy head that sticks around. Some nice floaties in ther also. Nice light farmehouse funk with some citris, lemon and just a bit of light spice. Taste is pretty much the same as the aroma. Jolly Pumkin has the subtle taste down pact. The mouthfeel almost feels watery but yet has tons of flavor at the same time!

Pours a hazy golden color with a decent sized chunky head. Aroma is citrus and some funk. Interesting flavor, sweet and tart with a little bite at the end.
