3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Draft at Bru Craft for a JP event. Very cloudy blonde pour (but that may just be this draft.) Some lace. Very pleasant farmhouse taste. Golden wheat. Hay. Full body for the style - though all the particulate matter in this glass could be this one off bottom of the keg pour. Liked quite a lot.

Bomber. Hazy yellow with a boatload of carbonation. Also smells a bit soapy. Sweet yeast funk. Sour and dry. All the extra co2 hurts the overall experience.

UPDATED: MAY 30, 2013 Bam Biere pours a cloudy gold, with two fingers of off white head. Citrus aroma with notes of pine. Has a nice citrus flavor with hints of malt and spice. This Ale also has a tangy/ sour flavor that i really enjoy and is common with farmhouse style brews. Medium carbonation with a nice hop presence. Bam Biere finishes with a clean tangy ending with a mild lingering essence of malt.†

A great farmhouse ale. A bit sour, quite funky, and definitely light and refreshing. Delicious if you enjoy the style.

(Bottle) Very fruity and spicy aroma of apples and yeast. Very fruity taste with hints of citrus, spices and heather. Tastes quite a lot like cider. Dry, rough and quite short aftertaste. A different beer!

From a 750 ml bottle (bottled 12-28-10) into a snifter. It looks like unfiltered apple cider, but with a fluffy, off-white head. About 1.5cm of sediment-loaded liquid was left in the bottle.
Smell: Wild yeast with a bit of a brett. Slightly sour and floral.
Taste: mild for style, with lingering Brett and wild yeast, leather, earthy hops and some lemon. Mildly sour and fruity.
M; Light body; semi-dry; tart.
O: rather mild flavor; not a bad thing for the Brett component. Bretty/earthy/funky beers your kind of thing? ... then this oneís for you.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle at home. Pours a hazy old gold colour with a white medium head. Fruity and sour aroma of hay, rowanberries, vinegar, Belgian yeast and oak. Lots of the same in the flavour with the addition of citrus, and feels venous. Sour and fresh, and with a dry ending. Is rich and slick in the mouth, and has a light bitterness. Delicious and fresh, and good with food.

On tap a Jolly Pumpkin. Smells a bit like wet blanket/urine/funk but I cant say I donít like it. Tastes of a farm.
