Hazy golden colour with medium-size off-white head. Fruity, yeasty, bready, doughy and spicy aroma. Sour, fruity, malty, somewhat bitter hoppy flavour. Very interesting. I’d love to take another one. But it’s so darn expensive (at least here in Finland). mwelsh13 (483), Maryland, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jun 26, 2009 Bottle pours yellow with a fluffy head. Bready and yeast like aroma. Bready body with a dryness at the swallow. Some spice (orange peel and maybe cinnamon) detected. A bit too heavy for me to feel like other saisons, but still nice.
