| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jun 24, 2009 Enjoyed from a 750ml bottle in a small chalice. The beer pours a bright yellow to straw-gold, with a large white head. The aroma brings notes of lemons, pilsner malt, coriander, and a touch of hops. The palate is pure saison: drying maltiness, citrusy, and bone-dry in the finish. Overall, a great saison. JK54B (913), Helsinki, Finland

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jun 18, 2009 Tap @ Spuyten Duyvil. Pours a cloudy yellow color with a thin white head. Aroma is very yeasty, with earthy notes, grass, and citrus detectable as well. Taste is roughly the same - classic saison with a bit of a sour aftertaste and a lighter body than I’m used to for the style. It was solid, but I wouldn’t call it spectacular. Ygberg (98), Sweden
