| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jun 26, 2007 12 oz bottle. Pours hazy orange with a little lacing white head. Citric aromatic hops, has a feel of barnyard and slight perfumed. Very carbonated. Flavour is fruity citric, floral, soft maltiness beneath. Some of the citric notes disappear as the beer heats up Very strong bitterness in the finish. This doesn’t really match my taste buds. fonefan (11003), VestJylland, Denmark

opaque yellow, lots of spotty lace,
aroma full of musky funk,
dry tart flavor with a spicy lemony character, lots of oak, musky and moldy and full of funk as it should be, almost a hint of sweetness in the background gives it body rather than balance,
