Commercial Description:
This delicious farmhouse ale is named for our Jack Russell, who struck by a car, bounced back in fine tenacious Jack Russell fashion, and is brewed for those of us who knocked down, have picked up, dusted off and carried on undaunted. Golden, naturally cloudy, bottle conditioned and dry hopped for a perfectly refreshing balance of spicy malts, hops and yeast. Please enjoy our beers in good health, And look both ways when crossing the street!

An unclear orange beer with a lazing white head. The aroma is primarily of citrus, but also with light notes of coriander. The flavor is acidic with primary notes of citrus, but also light spicy notes, where coriander is most dominant.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Hazy pilsener golden with a huge and frothy, white head - shaving foam style. Marked sourish nose. Rather light body with a vague accent. Fruity accent of Brett - perhaps even some banana. Extremely dry. 220406

Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Hazy pale golden, small lively head. Funky citric nose. Dry, crisp and lively. light bodied and very drinkable. Fresh, light citric acidity. Elegant and lively, Uncomplicated with the drinkability of a lambic, but even more sparkling. Not minblowing, but a superbly drinkable beer.

12 oz bottle. Pours hazy orange with a little lacing white head. Citric aromatic hops, has a feel of barnyard and slight perfumed. Very carbonated. Flavour is fruity citric, floral, soft maltiness beneath. Some of the citric notes disappear as the beer heats up Very strong bitterness in the finish. This doesn’t really match my taste buds.

hazy dark yellow, huge fine white head, touch of lace, lots of carbonation but still a bit creamy, funky spice aroma with nice lemon tartness, sour and tart flavor, lot of lemon character, plenty of farmhouse funk, light spice, oaky finish, underlying malty sweetness tries to break through

slow rising foam in the bottle that sneaks out the top, even a gentle pour produces a huge foamy head, lots of lace, tart woody aroma, nice creamy funk flavor,

opaque yellow, lots of spotty lace, aroma full of musky funk, dry tart flavor with a spicy lemony character, lots of oak, musky and moldy and full of funk as it should be, almost a hint of sweetness in the background gives it body rather than balance, the creamy oak character make this beer very drinkable
