This poured hazy and light golden in color with a white head that faded gradually. The aromas were of lemon rind, grapefruit, pine and some spice. In the mouth it is light-bodied with lots of carbonation and tartness. The finish turns dry and maintains the bitter tartness from the front of the palate.

Draft. Pours hazy yellow with a foamy frothy white head and lots of lacing. Tastes smooth, like dough, lemony citrus, , light malt, light dry spice, yeast. Low/medium body and low carbonation. Smells like dough, hay, nutty, earthy, and hints of sweet flowers.

12 mos old 750ml. Fluffy white head bib bubbles. Hazy gold. Smells like a farmhouse should - barnyard with yeast, citrus fruit on the nose. Highly effervescent (light bodied) which I've been seeing a lot from jolly lately. Super drinkable but that means a bit less flavor than I'd like to see on the palate. Good for sessions. Paired with an earthy Brie cheese.

$4 for the 4oz. pour served at the Grog. Hazy, yellowish, and wheaten, with notes of champagne yeast, biscuits, apple cider vinegar, spelt, hay, and some light funk. A solid sipper.

2012 bottle. Pours light gold with a white head. Pretty powerful brett smell. Taste has the brett funk backed with light spice and hop bitterness. Mouthfeel on the thin side but overall very nice for a 4.5% brew.

Probably the world’s greatest session beer. Pours hazy gold with a huge rocky head. Aroma is bandaid, lemon, burlap, dirt, and a slight cheesy funk. Flavor is tart apple skin, lemon, yeasty dough, burlap, a strong bitterness, lingering grass, and plenty of funk. Tremendous. Just tremendous.

Bottle (750ml): Golden. Cloudy with course head but persistent. Subtle malt but dominated by spice, citrus and mostly brett. The brett is far to dominant. Very dry. Slightly bitter but probably due to CO2. Sour , acid edge. Spice citrus palate that is unfortunately dominated by brett on the finish. Mid weight and length.
Too dirty for me.

On draft at ChurchKey DC during the Night of the Living Ales on halloween. Pours a cloudy gold with a thick off white head. Peach aroma. Flavors of peach, white pepper and tart apple. Tart finish.

750ml bottle, shared with Andrés Lúpulo @Lúpulo Feroz, Oviedo. Tart, citrus, some fruity aromas. Pours hazy golden with vanishing white head, poor lacing. Medium body, average to high carbonation, crispy texture. Taste is citrusy, some grassy, tart. More or less balanced.
