One of Bam's brown eyes is, in fact, black. When mischief reigns supreme, it positively glows. Dedicated to the dark side; smooth, dark, incredibly delicious as only a Jack Russell with bat wings can be.

Ölföreningen 2015. Flaska, 2012 vintage. Smak och doft av humle, malt, karamell, jord med toner av choklad och cederträ. Fruktig, viss syrlighet, lätt kropp, sötma och beska.

@BKL Munich; a lot of Waldhonig, dark and smooth, in aroma, dried plums, hints of bitter chocolate, a subtle tartness, red wine notes; quite simple but beautifully balanced in taste, with honey and peaches and just the right tartness. Like this one a lot.

MarkoNm (2297) - Novo mesto, SLOVENIA - MAR 1, 2016
Pours a darker brown color, topped with a medium sized off-white head, medium retention. Aroma doesn’t really deliver the promised and expected roastiness, just some hints of it, lost in the sourish wine notes which are easily notable. Taste is mildly sweet upfront, yeasty with a moderate soury wine feel, although not too exaggerated. Nicely enjoyable.

Kita (1867) - Koper, SLOVENIA - FEB 27, 2016
Bottle, 0.75l, shared with MarkoNm and his better half. Pours cloudy deep brown with medium frothy off-white head and average sparkling appearance. Aroma is vinous, fruity, mildly roasted and slightly funky. Taste starts with mild sweet caramel, roasted malt and earthy note, but soon turns into vinous, yeasty and fruity acidity with smooth mouthfeel. Medium body, slick texture and lively carbonation in palate. Easily drinkable and not as delicate as expected...

Brown beer with odd beige? head. Smells a bit funky, sort of sweet. Flavour is yeasty and sourdough, lots of funky flavours, prunes, tart, fairly light bodied, refreshing, unique.

Very murky, brown with yellowed edges. Thick frothy, cream colored head, very resilient. Very pungent aroma, sour taffy, barnyard, unripened banana. A bit disappointing on the follow through...the sourness yielded to a weird malty flatness....notes of tobacco.
