TWF; Bottle 750ml. Batch 22. Bottled 04-05-2013. Pours cobber, leaving lacings, sadly soapy off-white to tan head. Nose is light malt, sour, yeasty, caramel and spice.Taste is moderate sweet, spicy, finish follows. Body is medium, texture oily, carbonation is soft to avarage.

On tap at Murray Cheese Bar. Warm golden colour, thin head. Gently malty, spicy hop and some yeasty funk. A warming comfort blanket of a beer, well executed.

The appearance has a dark brown body with red tinges at the edges, one finger white foamy head that dies a bit leaving some concave lacing, super foamy all around as I had to hold the bottle over the sink so not to waste any of it as it tried to spill over.
The smell had a tart funkiness up front with an earthy/musty woody yet sour cherry (this is a saison, huh, ok, smells closer to a wild ale), ok, no worries, Ill proceed.
The taste is extremely tart/sour/ and funky with the same earthy/musty/woodiness.
On the palate, it sits about a medium, though a lower ABV-ed beer - not feeling the love of decent drinkability - probably one and done; tart, yet sweet aftertaste, sticky finish.
Overall, I don’t see myself consuming this again.

From the 750 ml. bottle. Batch 22, Bottled 04-05-013. The pour is deep amber with a big off-white head. Aroma is very subtle with malts to start but there is a grape-like bitterness going on too. The body is light to medium. There is a decent enough caramel malt note but there is also a wine-like or grape-like thing. A fizzy bite. Not my favorite style but reasonably drinkable.

Huge creamy longlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet, dark malts, hay, oak, roasted coffee, burnt caramel, yeast, weeds, chocolate. Taste is slightly dry and neutral, dark malts, oak, burnt caramel, hay, paper, weeds. Medium bitterness, very high carbonation. Meh!!

23.02.2014. 0,75l Bottle. Vaaland Spesialbutikken, Bryne. Brown colour with off-white head. Aroma of yeast an dark malts. Sourish notes with barn, hay and lots of yeasty notes. Not as fresh as expected and there is way too much carbonation, almost a gusher. Not good I think.

on draught - Poured a murky brown with a tan head. Smells of raisons, cherries, chocolate, and funk. Very mineral driven in flavor coupled with a slight acidity. Body was very thin and the finish fell really flat. Not worth the price of admission.

Bottled.pours chestnut brown with a small, lacing off-white head. Aroma of brett, vanilla, cherries and chocolate notes. Slightly sweet flavor that ends up tart. Medium bodied, oily to watery carb. and lively carb. A crisp and a bit weird saison.
