One of Bam's brown eyes is, in fact, black. When mischief reigns supreme, it positively glows. Dedicated to the dark side; smooth, dark, incredibly delicious as only a Jack Russell with bat wings can be.

Bomber from Wilbur’s. Appearance: 3 fingers slightly off-white head, copper/amber color, cloudy, ok lacing. Aroma: grapes, molasses, light pine, light other fruitiness. Palate: light body, soft carbonation, dry and bitter finish, thin, almost watery texture, but in a good way. Taste: sweet fruit and very slightly tart, with a nice little piney bitterness taking over on the end. Overall, super unique, very very drinkable, and just pleasant.

All sorts of fun stuff going on in this beaut. Nice fermented fruit smells, cherry, raisin, lemon and orange. This pup was pretty murky, dark and had some sediment floating about. Excellent taste here, light sweetness, lightly bitter, and medium sourness. Loads of earthy, rotting notes nicely coupled with sweet and sour fruitcake flavours and citrus pinch. Nice lively, dancing feel on the tongue. Went down smooth and left me wanting more.

Traded bottle, Batch 508 bottled 2-11-10. I kept skipping this bottle because I thought I had already rated it...multiple times. Clear, light brown color with bubbly carbonation that reminds me of Coke. Aroma is some light malt but with a nice lemony tartness. The flavor starts with more lemon tartness but then finishes with a slight earthiness. Nice.

On tap at Murray Cheese Bar. Warm golden colour, thin head. Gently malty, spicy hop and some yeasty funk. A warming comfort blanket of a beer, well executed.
