Jun 23, 2008 (Bottle 75 cl) Courtesy of SoLan/tertons. Pours a clear orangey brown with a tall and lively off-white head leaving some lacework. Refreshingly light Brett aroma. Light in body with dry woody accents, a vague fruitiness and a dry and lightly astringent finish. Quite refreshing. 190608

Jun 22, 2008 Bottle. Papsoes MadsBerg homecoming blindtasting, bottle #4. Pours hazy golden orange to brown with a lacing slight tan head. Mild woody and slight spiced aroma, mild berry fruity. Flavour is woody, light acidic and spiced. Roasted to smoked flavour. Holds what seems to be a light brett note yet quite dry and not citric. Ends mild spiced and woody.

Light acidic aroma of rubber and berries with notes of wood.
Light acidic flavour of berries with notes of hops.
Tart and hoppy finish.

Nov 18, 2007 (11/3/07, 750ml bottle, thanks kmweaver) Creamy medium beige head, lightly hazed cola body. Aroma is medium sweet, sour cherry/brett, some wood. Taste is medium sweet, brett, some oak, cherry, chocolate, moderate dryness. Light-medium body, minimal acidity, somewhat watery.
