330 split 2 ways. Pours a nice orange color with a good sized white head that fades to nothing. Scent is extremely funky, dank wet basement. Taste is really nice... Sour, tart, and very smooth just enough carbonation to light up your taste buds. Nice clean finish. Another impressive offering from JP.

Wonderful acidic nose, slight acetic flavor on top of Chardonnay grapes. Great, lambicus finish.

7/13/13. 12oz thanks to womencantsail as a palate cleanser during tons of malt liquors. Funk on the aroma with some corn, wood, and vanilla. Nice balanced tartness with sour, wood, and vanilla. Delish!

Hazy yellow pour with big effervescent bubbles. Smells like cheesy feet, aromas open up into pear and wine and grape witha little bit of some bramble fruit once beer was at proper serving temperature. Extremely dry finish that left the tongue feeling almost leathery. Crazy all over the place but works.

11.2 oz. bottle thanks to miketd. Pours a clear golden color. The aroma has tons of lemons, and some green apples. Very much like a good gueuze. I dig it! The taste has more lemons, it’s also very funky with some grassy poop notes almost like going to a organic garden center. The mouthfeel is puckering. This is really good stuff.

Bottle. Pours clear golden with lots of bubbles and a medium white head. The aroma is acid, wood, grape juice and the flavor has a bitter, juicy feel with woody and vinous notes. Great. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: JUN 19, 2014 Old tick. Batch 4. Super bretty beer. Very much orvalish, lots of tannic oak and dry. Batch 1 is a totally different beer. very zippy and sour.

Bottle, 12/23/2011 - thanks Deyholla! Pours hazy golden amber with a small fizzy off-white head that dissipates quickly with a bit of lacing. Aroma is tart - bretty yeast, horse blanket, funk, lemon. Flavor is about the same, lightly tart, only a bit of sweetness, with a lingering dry tart finish. Very little astringence from the wood. Quite tasty!

330mL bottle blend 4 pours a bright clear golden with a large white head. Aroma of oaky vanilla, Brett funk, citrus, peach, musky barnyard. Lightly sour and tart, lemon, yeast funk, citrus, oak notes, and a dry slightly tangy finish. Yum!
