Quite acidic and funky and getting into beatification territory if it weren’t for the hop character that lingers. Good stuff.

Hazy yellow pour with big effervescent bubbles. Smells like cheesy feet, aromas open up into pear and wine and grape witha little bit of some bramble fruit once beer was at proper serving temperature. Extremely dry finish that left the tongue feeling almost leathery. Crazy all over the place but works.

11.2 oz. bottle thanks to miketd. Pours a clear golden color. The aroma has tons of lemons, and some green apples. Very much like a good gueuze. I dig it! The taste has more lemons, it’s also very funky with some grassy poop notes almost like going to a organic garden center. The mouthfeel is puckering. This is really good stuff.

Bottle. Pours clear golden with lots of bubbles and a medium white head. The aroma is acid, wood, grape juice and the flavor has a bitter, juicy feel with woody and vinous notes. Great. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle, 12/23/2011 - thanks Deyholla! Pours hazy golden amber with a small fizzy off-white head that dissipates quickly with a bit of lacing. Aroma is tart - bretty yeast, horse blanket, funk, lemon. Flavor is about the same, lightly tart, only a bit of sweetness, with a lingering dry tart finish. Very little astringence from the wood. Quite tasty!
