Bottle. Poured hazy brown with an average frothy off-white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate tart citrus spice aroma. Medium body with a slick texture and bottle conditioned thin particles. Medium sour flavor with a medium bitter finish of moderate duration. I would recommend this to a freind.

Bottle syas oak aged, but this must be the one. Tasted @ UDRM, Oirschot. Oak, leather and lemon in the intense aroma. Vinous oaky flavor with caramel and even a bit of chocolate. The oak comes back stronger in the aftertaste. Great beer.

Bottled. Amber coloured. Unclear. Dense off white head. Sweetness, light vinegar and some fruits in the nose. The characteristic brett is there. Flavour as well has brett-notes. Light sour vinegar, fruits and spice comes to mind. Quite complex. Is medium to full bodied. Qutie dry. Is grapish and light bitter in the end. Very refreshing. One of my favourites from JP, which IMO keeps a pretty high standard.

Lightly hazed brown ale with a thin creamy off white head. Woody cherry aroma, with barnyard qualities, veering on white wine. In mouth, a nice light flemish sour, with lactic notes, light herbal character, nice and quite interesting. At the Mondiale, June 2006.
